In reference to communication dated December 12, 2024 seeking clarification from the Company on the news item ‘Reliance Power sets up subsidiary for RE business; appoints CEO & COO for new entity’, Reliance Power has clarified that on December 09, 2024, Reliance NU Energies (formerly known as Atos Trading), a subsidiary of the Company has appointed Mayank Bansal as the Chief Executive Officer and Rakesh Swaroop as the Chief Operating Officer, to lead the renewable energy portfolio and drive the group's efforts in advancing sustainable energy solutions.
