Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 149.65, up by 1.80 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 147.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 147.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 150.40 and Rs. 147.05 respectively. So far 388129 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.05 on 06-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 112.05 on 21-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 150.65 and Rs. 138.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11836.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.66% and 36.57% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property--Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhuj, Gujarat. The property, which shall be managed by Carnations Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to open in FY 2026.

Bhuj, a historic city in Gujarat, is known for its rich cultural heritage and craftsmanship. It is the administrative capital of the Kutch district, featuring landmarks like the Aina Mahal and nearby Bhujodi village, famous for handwoven textiles. Bhuj also serves as a gateway to the Rann of Kutch, where the Rann Utsav festival celebrates local traditions, arts, and crafts. The city’s blend of history, art, and natural beauty makes it a vibrant destination.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhuj, Gujarat will feature 74 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a banquet, a swimming pool, a fitness center and other public areas. The Bhuj Airport is about 9 kms away while the Bhuj Railway Station is about 4 kms away from the property. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
