The Tata Power Company has informed that it enclosed the intimation letter dated December 17, 2024 received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ('RTA') – Link Intime India providing information regarding duplicate share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder/ claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
