Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the Share Certificate has been lost or misplaced by the Shareholder, Piroj Sorabji Contractor (Folio No: P02177) and intimation has been received by the Company for the same on 18th December, 2024. In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the company will shall issue ’letter of confirmation’ in lieu of ‘duplicate Share Certificate’ once all the formalities have been carried out by the Shareholder and its R&T Agent (Link Intime India) have confirmed the same.
