Dharmaj Crop Guard has received approval for incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company. The WOS once incorporated in India shall carry out business in the field of Agro-Chemical. The business of the proposed WOS is not outside the main line of business of the company.
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 18, 2024 has approved the same.
Dharmaj Crop Guard is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing a wide range of agrochemical formulations such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, micro fertilizers and antibiotics to the B2C and B2B customers.
