EPL has received approval for incorporation of a subsidiary of the company in Thailand. The Subsidiary is proposed to be incorporated to act as a vehicle to pursue various growth opportunities in Thailand, in manufacturing and trading of laminated tubes. The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on December 19, 2024, granted its approval for the same.
EPL is the largest specialty packaging global company, manufacturing laminated plastic tubes catering to the FMCG and Pharma space.
