In terms of the above referred provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations, read with circular dated July 13, 2023 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, bearing ref. no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 (said Circular), EPL has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) has, at its meeting held today i.e. on December 19, 2024 (said meeting), granted its approval for incorporation of a subsidiary of the Company in Thailand. The said meeting commenced at 3:15 pm (IST) and concluded at 3:45 pm (IST). The requisite details, in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and the said SEBI circular, are included in Annexure A, enclosed.
