In compliance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, LMW has informed has the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
