Necessary steps are being taken by the board to appoint another Auditor due to the resultant casual vacancy caused by resignation, which shall be intimated accordingly. The copy of the resignation letter dated 21.12.2024 with annexure as received from Venkatesh & Co., Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditors is attached.
