Bank Of India has informed that Trading Window for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank / their relatives / Connected Persons to deal in securities of the Bank, shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01.01.2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending 31.12.2024. The date of the meeting of the Board at which financial results are to be approved, will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
