Hisar Metal Industries has informed that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ formulated by the Board of Directors thereunder, the notional trading window will remain closed, from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 during which Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are desisted from trading in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of financial results will be notified and uploaded on the websites of the Stock Exchange and the Company in due course.
