In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereon, Indian Overseas Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for Bank’s Directors, Designated persons, and their immediate relatives with effect from 01.01.2025 till 48 hours after disclosure of the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31.12.2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
