Singer India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company by the way of circular on 24th December 2024, considered and approved, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment of Anuj Kumar Bhatia as the ‘General Manager Social Impact and Partnerships’ of the Company with effect from 02nd January 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular issued vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
