Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor, restrict the trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, Gulshan Polyols has informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. During this period, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results other matters will be intimated in due course.
