The Baroda Rayon Corporation has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Insiders/Designated Person(s) and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately.
