In furtherance to its earlier letters dated November 26, 2024 and December 03, 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Reliance Power has informed that in the petition filed by the subsidiary of the Company, namely, Reliance NU BESS (Petitioner), the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in its hearing held on December 24, 2024, has granted interim relief that the affiliates / subsidiaries of Petitioner shall not be disqualified from participating in three bids (as per the details in attached order as Annexure A) solely on the ground of the debarment order dated November 06, 2024, issued by Solar Energy Corporation of India, against the Petitioner. The copy of the order dated December 24, 2024 is attached.
