Sar Auto Products has informed that as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto and as per policy on code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st January, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results by the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2024. The date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2024 shall be communicate in due course of time.
