Gateway Distriparks (GDL) has acquired a further 16,65,284 equity shares of Snowman Logistics on December 23, 2024. With this, the current shareholding of GDL in Snowman Logistics now stands at 50.01%. Accordingly, Snowman Logistics has become a subsidiary company of GDL
The object of acquisition of the company is a strategic investment and both GDL and Snowman Logistics are in the same line of business, i.e. logistics.
Gateway Distriparks (formerly Gateway Rail Freight) is engaged in providing inter-modal logistics services.
