Pursuant to the Company’s code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, Rajapalayam Mills has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other Designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ending 31st December, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated in due course. The same is also being communicated to Connected / Designated Persons of the Company.
