Raj Rayon Industries has informed that in terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from, 1st January, 2025, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended quarter ended 31st December, 2024. The trading window shall open after the 48 hours of declaration of said results. The date of Board meeting to consider, Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine Months ended quarter ended 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
