Asian Star Co. has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday January 01, 2025 till 48 hours of the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2024 (both days inclusive) during which designated persons and their immediate relatives are desisted from trading in securities of the Company. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at which Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December,2024 are to be approved will be communicated separately in due course. Employees of the Company and /or their immediate relative shall not trade in the securities of the company during the period of closure of trading window.
