Orient Beverages has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024. The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024 will be intimated in due course.
