Craftsman Automation has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours, after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2024 to the public. All Directors, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the Company's equity shares during the above said period.
