Chemiesynth (Vapi) has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The board meeting where, the approval of un-audited financial statements for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 will be held on or before February 14, 2025. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised no to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
