Pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in Securities of the Company, Sir Shadilal Enterprises has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and Nine months ending on 31st December, 2024 to the stock exchange. The date of Board meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
