Haldyn Glass has informed that in compliance with the Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Internal Control and Conduct for Preservation of Price Sensitive Information and Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday, January 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, all insiders/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
