The details of the date of the Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all connected persons/ Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
