Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the Directors /Officers/ all Designated Employees of the Company along with their respective immediate relatives persons having contractual and fiduciary relationship including but not limited to Auditors, law firms, analysts and consultants, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Company with effect from, January 01, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2024. This is not applicable for the general investor and the trading will be open for them. The date of meeting of board to approve the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2024 will be informed in due course.
