Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons for trading in company's shares/ securities, New Light Apparel has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 01st January, 2025 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key managerial Personnel and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's Shares / Securities.
