Modison has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct - Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after said financial results are declared to the stock exchanges. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve, inter alia, Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
