With reference to earlier communications dated September 25, 2024 on ‘Closure of Trading Window’ in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. In this regard, SpiceJet has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons till the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024 and forty-eight hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
