Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate and Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Gujarat Container has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remained closed for all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window Closure. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
