The Board Meeting commenced at 11:45 A.M and concluded at 12:20 PM. Further, the details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed herewith as an Annexure-A.
