With reference to above and in pursuance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, LKP Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting in which the results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
