Ventive Hospitality has debuted at Rs 718.15 on the BSE, up by 75.15 points or 11.69% from its issue price of Rs 643.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 724.85, up by 81.85 points or 12.73% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs 748.80 and Rs 706.10 respectively. So far 6.56 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between December 20, 2024 and December 24, 2024 was subscribed 9.82 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 643 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 610-643 apiece.
Ventive Hospitality is predominantly a hospitality asset owner primarily focused on luxury offerings across business and leisure segments. The company primarily focuses on developing and managing high-end luxury hotels and resorts.
