Sam Industries has informed that as per the provisions of Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, regarding trading restriction period; read with Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st day of January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2024, to the public. All the Directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in shares and securities of the company during this closure of Trading Window period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the unaudited financial results of the quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2024, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
