Jaypee Infratech has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, the Trading Window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
