Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendments thereto), Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles (Arni) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities for all the designated persons and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives) shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter ended on 31st December, 2024. The date of Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
