In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Cera Sanitaryware has informed that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors shall be intimated separately.
