Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Avro India has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
