Metropolis Healthcare has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from January 01, 2025 and shall remain closed up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.
