Super Sales India has made investment in Srri Shamundi Spinners Energy for purchase of solar power. The company has acquired 52 equity shares constitute 26% of the paid-up share capital of the Srri Shamundi Spinners Energy. The cost of acquisition is Rs 52,000. Srri Shamundi Spinners Energy is engaged in the business of generation and sale of solar power.
Earlier, the company had made investment in Renuka Green Energy. The main object of the investment is purchase solar power for the use of the company’s business under group captive concept.
Super Sales India is engaged in manufacturing yarn and has business interests in wind power, an agency, trading and exports.
