In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of the company, Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from 01st January, 2025 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial, Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2024, to the public. The Board Meeting for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2024 will be held on or before 14th February 2025. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
