Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company from January 1, 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
