In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to its communications dated November 04, 2024 and December 30, 2024, KEC International has informed that in terms of the Business Transfer Agreement entered into between the Company and KEC Asian Cables (‘KACL’) (‘BTA’), consequent to satisfaction of conditions precedent agreed under the said BTA as on December 31, 2024, the Cables Business of the Company has been transferred to KACL, on a going concern basis, via slump sale, with effect from January 01, 2025.
