Indian Terrain Fashions has informed that the Company has received Listing approval from NSE vide letter Ref: NSE/LIST/44754 dated 31st December 2024 for 14,27,145 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 70.07/- per equity Share issued and allotted through Preferential Allotment to Promoter & Executive Chairman and Managing Director & CEO of the Company. The company has enclosed a copy of the Listing Approval received from NSE. Further, BSE also has approved the listing application and the Company is awaiting for its listing approval letter and shall be intimated in due course post its receipt.
