Sansera Engineering has informed that pursuant to the acquisition and subsequent intimation, the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), Link Intime India, has changed its name to: MUFG Intime India. This change is effective from December 31, 2024. Also clarified that except for the change in name, all other terms and conditions of engagement remain unchanged. Stakeholders are requested to take note of this change for future correspondences.
