Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and in furtherance to intimation dated July 13, 2024, Gateway Distriparks has informed that the Company has received Rectification Order on December 31, 2024, issued by Income Tax Department for the financial years 2020-21 where the Company’s contention was found to be correct and subsequently the demand has been rectified from an initial sum of INR 9,47,54,253 being revised to a refund for an amount of INR 12,46,82,031 (including interest of INR 2,24,83,645) for the above mentioned years. The details required as per the aforesaid SEBI Circular is enclosed as Annexure ‘A’.
