In pursuance of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended by SEBI, KMG Milk Food has informed that the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from January 01st, 2024 for all Directors, Promoters, Designated persons and specified connected persons till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
