Brigade Group inks pact to develop residential project in Bengaluru

Brigade Group has signed a definitive agreement for a prime land parcel located on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru. Spanning about 20 acres, the residential project will have a total saleable area of around 2.5 million square feet, a Gross Development Value (GDV) of about Rs 2700 crore, and a total land cost of about Rs 630 crore, through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties. 

The project will be designed in line with Brigade’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable spaces that align with Bengaluru's dynamic urban landscape. Whitefield, Bengaluru's largest and most prominent IT hub, has evolved into one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods. With its thriving job market, the area continues to attract homebuyers seeking proximity to their workplaces. The seamless connectivity through road, rail, and the upcoming Metro extension further enhances Whitefield’s appeal, making it an ideal location for both professionals and investors.

Brigade Group also has a healthy pipeline of upcoming residential projects, with around 12.61 million square feet of new developments across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
